Discussion of Minimum-Wage Proposals.

The Gateway Chapter of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) and the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University announced today that they will host a symposium on minimum-wage proposals in St. Louis and other major cities on August 25. The event is free and open to the public.

The Department of Economics at the John Cook School of Business and the National Association of Business Economics (NABE), invite you to attend an Economic Forecasting Conference on Friday, Feb. 20 at 8:00 AM in the Anheuser-Busch Auditorium in the John Cook School of Business on the Saint Louis University campus. A complimentary breakfast will be provided.

Presenters:
Charles Gascon is a Regional Economist and Senior Research Support Coordinator in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
David E. Rapach, Ph.D. is Professor of Economics at the Saint Louis University John Cook School of Business.
Chris Varvares is a Senior Managing Director of Macroeconomic Advisers, a company he co-founded with Joel Prakken and Laurence Meyer as Laurence H. Meyer & Associates in 1982.
